| Welcome Grace Healthcare employees, vendors and supporters! We are excited to join the American Heart Association’s National Heart Walk campaign. It’s a great way to get started on a healthier lifestyle and to fight our country’s #1 and #4 causes of death, heart disease and stroke. Many of our Grace Healthcare residents and employees see firsthand the impact of the American Heart Association. Because of this, we know it’s important to continue this lifesaving work. That’s why Grace Healthcare is working to raise $100,000 to support research and educational programs that make a difference in our hospitals, companies, schools and communities.
